Before accessing this website, be sure to carefully read its Terms and Conditions of access. By accessing and making use of teh website, the user declares that he read, understood an accepted the Terms and Conditions as explained, without any need for further actions or Permissions.

Terms and Conditions can be altered at any time by NIOBEL, the changes being considred valid once launched on the website. 
Further access and usage of the website by users will be considered a sign that they have read, understood and accepted the altered Terms and Conditions.

DELIVERY METHODS

The goods you purchase online at Sódoces Cash´n´Carry can be delivered to you in three different ways.

You can choose to pick up your purchases at our facilities, have it delivered to you by Postal Services or, in the Funchal area, have it handed to you by our own Delivery Services.

Note: Should a package be returned to Sódoces after being shipped via Postal Services, due to absence of receiver or any other similar situations, we hold the right to charge mailing expenses for the new shipment.

PAYMENT METHODS 

We currently allow the following ways of payment:

  a) Credit Card - via Paypal. This well known way of payment is very effective and considered as safe as any other online Bank transfer, accepting credit cards such as Mastercard,American Express and Discover. Using this method requires us to charge an additional 3.8% to the total of your purchase, regarding the financial costs it implies.

 b) Bank Transfer.:

Note: In order for us to ship your purchases as quickly as possible and should you choose this payment method, please send us confirmation of the processed bank transfer.

PRODUCTS

If not described specifically as differed, prices will always correspond to a umit, the exceptions being correctly identified. Princes presented to you will already include VAT ( correspondent to Portuguese Tax- IVA) at the value currently defined by law.

Note: Due to casual changes of suppliers, the images of the products may not always match their physical representation.

In case of stock insufficiency, NIOBEL may not be able to guarantee the same price on the product, but the purchased goods will only be shipped after its buyer has been informed and agrees to proceed with the purchase.

RETURNING AND REFUNDS

According to Portuguese law 143/2001, Abril 26th, and specifically referring to the 6th article, the costumers has the right to freely cancel the contrack within a 14 day period, as long as the goods it involves are in perfect condition ( original package included).

The value of the goods will be refunded in full, but the shipping costs will always be at the costumer´s expense.

GUARANTEES

The product´s guarantee always works according to its producer´s conditions.
Guarantees DON´T cover.

1.  Transportation costs of damaged or outdated goods.
2.  Damages caused by foul or abusive usage.
3.  Damages caused by transportation out of the original packages.
4.  Packages that have been opened by third parties, unknown to NIOBEL.
5.  Packages that have been through different temperatures prior to delivery.

ONLINE STORE PRICES

Some prices seen online may vary from the ones shown in our facilities, for the reason of price or product alterations.

Prices shown in our facilities are always privileged towards online prices, should the following situation occur:

- A costumer identifies a product online and is interested in it, but doesn´t buy it.
Instead, he comes to our facilities to make the purchase and finds a different price than the one seen online. Whether it is a higher or a lower price, the one on the physical shop will prevail seeing the purchase is being made in loco and not online.

OPORTTUNITIES

The section for " Opportunities"  will present to you goods that are no longer in production, may have some sort of flaw or physical damage to them or are simply in a a promotional period.

The stock is limited to the existing amounts of each good and article may not be removed from the website immediately after being sold.

The custumer should always contact NIOBEL for any details on the wanted Products.
